Tennis Great Andy Murray Optimistic About Comeback
Tennis legend Andy Murray is making steady progress in his recovery from a recent ankle injury, according to a spokesperson. The former world number one is no longer required to wear a walking boot and is hoping to return to the court for training soon, though an exact date for his competitive comeback has not yet been determined.
The 37-year-old Brit, who won gold medals at the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games, has expressed a desire to compete at another Olympics before retiring. Murray has also indicated that he aims to make a final appearance at the French Open, which is set to commence on May 26th.
